Register for UBIAN Con 2027

Secure your slot for the 6th UBIAN Conference on February 18 & 19, 2027 at the University of Batangas, Batangas City Campus.

How to register

  1. Presenting? Submit your abstract first.
    Abstracts and proposals go through a double-blind review. Submission deadline: October 30, 2026. See the guidelines for requirements and templates.
  2. Pay the registration fee.
    Deposit or transfer the fee for your category to the University of Batangas account (see payment channels). Keep the deposit slip or receipt.
  3. Complete the online registration form.
    Upload your bank deposit slip or receipt through the form so your payment can be verified. Your attendance is confirmed upon payment of the registration fee.
  4. See you in Batangas City!
    Conference days are February 18 & 19, 2027, followed by the optional educational and cultural tour on February 20, 2027.

General Information

Please take note

  1. The registration fee for onsite participants covers the meals (lunch and AM/PM snacks), conference proceedings, and certificates. The registration fee for online participants ensures an online slot in the conference, conference proceedings, and certificates.
  2. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  3. All other charges/transfer fees are not included in the registration fee and should be paid by the participant.
  4. Bank deposit slips or receipts must be submitted through online registration to verify payments.
  5. Online registration will end on January 16, 2027.
  6. Interested participants who did not register online must register as walk-ins on the first day of the conference.
  7. The educational and cultural tour is optional and is not covered by the registration fee.
